Community Links offers community-based resources for individuals with mental health or developmental concerns who are transitioning into adulthood.

Individuals with developmental difficulties should have the opportunity to live in a least restrictive yet appropriate living environment, and to experience services and supports that are in their neighborhood and close to home.

Resources include: a document library, transition resources, community inclusion, estate planning, and other important online information. And be sure to check out the expansive community directory!
