This site is a resource for you, individuals with disabilities, family members, and anyone in the community with a stake in the well-being of people with disabilities. Our mission is to make this site a comprehensive resource for individuals with disabilities living in Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry counties. Although our target area is relatively small, the resources and organizations out there are expansive, so we are bound to have missed a few along the way. As experts in your own regard, we encourage you to inform us of additional resources you found useful, so that we may inform everyone else. We have included four examples of ways in which you can help Community Links be a better advocacy site for our community:
- Let us know if you believe a certain topic is unaddressed or incomplete or inform us of additional helpful organizations that are missing from our Community Directory.
- Detail any concerns you may have regarding site accessibility, such as the ease of navigating the pages, or any page’s content.
- Consider writing for our blog and offering your unique perspective.
- Let us know of any upcoming or recurring events that we can then share with the rest of the community here.
