From Low Tech to High Tech Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC): Supporting Language in All Environments is for Families Using or Considering AAC, EI Professionals, and Community Partners.

This training will focus on the understanding and use of core language in a variety of routines. Participants will receive information regarding research and evidence-based practice. Participants will learn the importance of planning in the development of low and high tech AAC. Participants will engage in discussions about cross-disciplinary implementation of core language, EI team activities, and exploration of various low and high tech AAC systems. **CEUs Available: Act 48 and Infant/Toddler Credit (5.5 hours), ASHA CEUs (.5) **  (Childcare will not be available for this training) Lunch is on your own.
