Big kids need boosters!
Did you know?
• More than 15% of kids 4-7 are in seat belts too soon, increasing risk
of abdominal and head injuries.
• Kids’ risk of car crash injury is 45% less with booster seats versus seat belt only.
• Boosters make seat belts safe for little bodies: low on the thighs, crossing
shoulder and chest.
• Boosters are needed until kids can pass the seat belt fit test (around 4’9”).
• Consider a compact or travel booster for safe rides with friends and family.
