Dawn Marron, who wrote the Coupon Counselor column for the Patriot-News, has organized experienced local coupon clippers to share tips and techniques to cut spending and enjoy shopping. The New Cumberland Public Library will host Couponing for Extreme Savings on the third Saturday of the month from 11:00 AM to Noon in the Meeting Room of the library.
