This event will be held rain or shine, and is open to families involved in Early Intervention Infant and Toddler, Preschool CAIU and Head Start programs 0-5 years of age in Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry counties or ELECT programs. There will be games, activities, fun, food, and opportunities to meet other families and network with providers! **RSVP required by May 31** If it rains, the carnival will be in the building next to the playground.
