The Pennsylvania Deaf-Blind Project sponsors this annual Family Learning Conference for families with children who have both a hearing and vision loss (deaf-blind). Families in Pennsylvania are eligible to attend if their child (ages birth to 21 years of age) has a combined loss of hearing and vision and is eligible for the Deaf-Blind Count. The conference includes activities and learning opportunities for parents, children with deaf-blindness, and their siblings. Children’s activities are concurrent with adult sessions.**Registration Required**
