Human Trafficking Community Workshop
Hosted by the YWCA Carlise and Cumberland County, Upper Allen Township, Upper Allen Woman’s Club, Greenlight Operation, She’s Somebody’s Daughter, Peace Promise, and Rep. Thomas Kutz.
Monday, June 10, from 6-7:30 p.m. (Doors open at 5:30 p.m.)

Are you interested in learning more about human trafficking and its impact on our community? Parents and caregivers join us to learn about internet safety for children, how predators are connecting online and how it intersects with human trafficking. We are partnering with stakeholders from the 87th District share information about human trafficking as it relates to online threats; digital safety and awareness; unsafe apps; parental controls and more. Please note that this workshop will cover sensitive topics like online safety, sexual abuse and human trafficking which may not be suitable for all audiences. Together we can put an end to this horrendous crime and ensure an even safer community.
