The Kiwanis Club of Middletown’s 65th Annual Halloween for the Borough of Middletown’s route is from Race and Conewago Streets north on Race to Water Street, and west on Water Street to Pine Street. The revised route will now go south on Pine to Brown Street, west on Brown to Poplar Street, where the parade will disperse. The judges stand will now be located on the west side of Pine Street, just south of Daisy Avenue. Rain date is Oct. 16th
