In this presentation you will learn about self-directed planning and supports for transition age youth and young adults with disabilities.
Self-advocates, parents and professionals will share how to create a plan that supports personal interests and how to use resources and support from the
Pennsylvania ODP (Office of Developmental Program)
Waiver to make that a reality. This may be a good place to ask questions or to find out where you can get answers to develop your own plan and better understand how it all works.
