The Next Step Summer Program- Cumberland County

Cumberland County is excited to announce their upcoming summer season with two brand new programs at an all new location, Vibrant Church in Mechanicsburg! This location provides more resources for programs and better serves our participants as a whole. Together we have been working on engaging activities and curriculum to develop social connections, life skills, and community engagement. The community’s support has been invaluable, and the upcoming season is expected to be the best yet! Please take some time to review the programs we are offering this season. TNS Get in the Game:
Movement & Nutrition Program Fee: $210

Mondays from 6:00-7:30 PM (6/12, 6/19, 6/26, 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31)
TNS Get in the Game: Movement & Nutrition is a NEW class here
at TNS Cumberland County! Join us this summer for some fun
everyday fitness experiences, nutrition and cooking activities,
and building skills for adulthood. During this program, we are
lucky to have guest facilitators leading programs using pound
class techniques, Zumba music, and all kinds of fitness fun!

Independent Living Program Fee: $210

Tuesdays from 6:00- 7:30 PM (6/13, 6/20, 6/27, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1)
TNS Cumberland County is bringing Building Skills for
Independence to our chapter! During this program, we
will work together to strengthen our independent living
skills! Activities throughout the season will include
cooking, budgeting, time management, transportation,
safety, and hygiene! We are so excited to continue
working towards our goals together!
