Kings Gap offers an all-level yoga class with a spectacular view from the top of the mountain on Sundays through the summer and fall from June 4 through October 22 (except for July 2, September 10, and September 24). A $10 donation that benefits the Friends of Kings Gap is suggested.

Classes are held on the Mansion Terrace and include breathing and meditation. Beginners are welcome and modifications are offered. There is no better way to reset your nervous system and practice mindfulness than in the great outdoors.

Bring your own mats, blankets, and any other tools that you would like to use. In the event of rain, the class moves to the pavilion across from the Education Center.
