Also known as Team Up for Families (TUFF), this is a non-profit training, research, and advocacy organization dedicated to (1) providing adult learners with creative opportunities for strategic thinking about life’s complex situations, and (2) promoting effective partnerships between the people who need and provide services within systems. The Family Road Map Guide and curriculum contain family-tested tips and strategies built around the five points of the five navigation skills that work for EVERY system. It keeps a family on track regardless of what services they need. This is a nationally recognized guided curriculum, developed by parents, to empower families when navigating wellness & educational systems for their children of all ability levels.
