Cumberland-Perry MH.IDD is an alliance of three organizations sharing the mission of empowerment and community support; Mental Health (MH), Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and Early Intervention (EI). MH.IDD offers services to people of all ages with serious mental illness or intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Dauphin County

Dauphin County contracts with three Base Service Units through which individuals can access MH/A/DP/EI (Mental Health/Autism/Developmental Programs/Early Intervention) services.

CCR (Center for Community Resources) is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, headquartered in Butler, Pennsylvania. CCR provides services in 67 counties throughout Pennsylvania and serves over 40,000 individuals a year. They offer Supports Coordination for individuals and families. ECCM (Expert Community Care Management) is a non-profit organization committed to offering comprehensive administrative case management for mental health, support coordination for developmental and intellectual disabilities, and early intervention service coordination. Pathways Forward (formerly CMU) is a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit agency providing case management services for residents of Dauphin County who need mental health, intellectual disability, or early intervention services.
