Community Links connects families of school age children to their local community.
School Age refers to individuals ages three to twenty-one. Community Links provides connections to everyday learning opportunities where children can grow, learn, and enjoy positive experiences. Families can also find community-based resources for school aged children and youth who may have disabilities or developmental concerns.
